This is a simple warm up drill with both arms extended, using waist rotation and bending at the waist to draw various shapes. I do this about 2 times in each direction per shape and it helps not only warm me up and loosen the waist, but it really helps with body connection for movements such as brush knee and cloud hands. This actually was inspired by a physical therapy technique!
